User Accounts for remote workers
To ensure safer payment of online accounts required to facilitate remote working, various user accounts are necessary to be acquired and maintained by staff.
This Policy also addresses proprietary rights of the company to data and to information used by you while working.
That all user accounts created for working on behalf of the company are and will always remain company property.
Reason for requesting a separate online payment card
I understand that for safe online purchases, the company will recommend that I acquire a means to pay for online purchases separate from my personal bank card which is safe, and a method which does not require scanning of purchase receipts
Company can top up card
To load your post office card initially, the company may pay-in to your bank account funds required for purchases. You will be required to load your post office card using the APP so that payments can be made.
While your contract is valid, you authorize the company maintain adequate funds on your post office card to cover work related expenses as they become due, for work related expenses listed below: -
Card will be used for the following expense payments
* Cost of copies/scans
* TUBE/TFL/Train/BUS travel to offices only if specifically required by management
* * VONAGE payments
* Meal and beverage expenses
* Stationery item purchases
* Hotel accommodation costs while travelling
* ZOOM PRO and IONOS account costs
* Job board costs for online advertising
* Laptop and printer payments
* Subscription memberships
By acquiring a post office card your are agreeing: -
* To permit the company to load your post office card, and to manage the card to ensure that all purchases are covered in full.
* To use only passwords issued or assigned to you on all user accounts, including my post office card account, and not to change the password unless instructed to do so by the company.
* Not to deactivate the APP linked to my post office card or to restrict access to the card without notifying management (1) days in advance.
* Not to hinder/impede access to or to close any user accounts without company advance authorization
* That screened candidates will remain the sole intellectual property of the company, and agree not to have any contact with any candidates listed on my D-SUB spreadsheet without notifying the company on the appropriate spreadsheet within (1) day if any contact.
* That candidate data on your laptop will remain sole intellectual property of the company and agree to delete all candifdate data within 3 days of termination of yoiur employment.
* That your post office travel money card can be used for incidental work related expenses, travel, food and entertainment, accommodation, stationery, equipment purchases, module refunds, monthly subscription costs, ZOOM, VOIP service, and Call ready phone to voice mail service, GYM passes, perks and bonuses, and expense entitlement payments.
* That breach of this agreement ia a Class 2 violation, and may result in automatic suspension of employment pending the outcome of disciplinary action.
