Clocking In and OUT
How am I required to clock in for work?
To sign IN, please go to your work station, and send an email to timecardsandreports@gmail.com
At what time will I be expected to sign out of work during onboarding
You will be expected to work until 5:00PM local time.
How to I use the DTC AM/PM time card templates
Simply copy/paste into the body of your email
Answer all time card questions
Attach any task list spreadsheets to the DTC AM/PM template email
NOTE: Do not submit time cards as attachments/PDFs. They must be in the body of an email to be valid
How many work breaks will I be entitled to each work day?
You will be entitled to only 1 lunch break from 11:45 AM – 12:45 PM local time
When will I be allowed to take my lunch
You may take your (60) minute recreational break at the time pre-selected by you. No clock OUT/IN is required.
When am I required to submit my MID-SHIFT report?
Mid-shift reports are required before your lunch break daily
File your MID-SHIFT reports using the appropriate template before your lunch break.
Will I be assigned a set list of tasks to complete?
You will be sent a set list of tasks to be completed on each work day
How accurate should my time card responses be?
Time card responses/answers should be 100% accurate

MID-SHIFT Report (MDR)
What is the purpose of the MID-SHIFT Report (MDR)?
The PLR is designed to inform management of how effective you have been in using your work time.
Why am I required to submit a MDR after 4 work hours daily?
This is so the company can be informed of how effectively you are using your work time
When am I required to begin using the MDR?
Once you start interviewing candidates
When am I required to submit my daily MDR?
No later than 1:00PM daily
How am I required to submit my MDR?
You are required to sent MDRs to middayreports@gmail.com
What information will I be required to provide in my MDR?
- How many calls you attempted to your candidates
- How many CONVOS (conversations) you engaged in
- How many new bookings were made by you
- How many VIDEOS you have “SLABBED” (confirmed) for the day
Where will I get required information for my MDR?
From SLAB re-confirmation calls made or call-backs from your candidates
From your CONVOS tracking sheet, calls, emails, texts, made-to or received-from your candidates.
