1. Onboarding Production Overview

What is the purpose of the first production period FAQ?

• The purpose of this FAQ is to answer questions regarding your work tasks during your first month of employment.

What happens if I miss worktime during the production period?

• The set task-list will remain unchanged, and must still be fully completed

What is the start date for the production period?

• The start date is the date on which you start paid employment

When will the first period end?

• The periodclose date is will be after approximately 20 full days ofwork

How long does each production period last?

• Approximately 30 calendar days (1 month)

How many production periods are there?

• Your probationis divided into three (3) production periods.

What tasks do each of the three (3) production periods cover?

• Period one (Month one) -Candidate Selection
• Period two (Month two) -Training and Development
• Period three (Month three)– Payroll/onboarding/offboarding/employee wellness

What happens after the first production periodis completed?

• You will begin your second month of employment

How will I receive tasksto work on duringeach the production?

• Tasks will be assignedto you using a CAMS spreadsheet

What is the CAMS task list?

• The CAMS tasklist is a spreadsheet containing work tasks assigned to you to work on during your first month employment

What does the acronym CAMS mean?

• Career Management Systems

Job Performance and Evaluation

What areas of my job performance will be reviewedduring the firstproduction period?

• Quality of daily reports
• Communication skills
• Effective settingup and use of work-related accounts
• Time management
• Self-management
• Key Performance Indicators
• Compliance with policies and procedures
• *Quality of finished work

*Finished work include but is not limited to, qualityof candidate interviews, and accuracy of candidate assessments

During the first production period,will I have assigned targetsto meet expectations?

• Yes! Key performance indicators (KPI) will be listed on your CAMS tasklist

Will I be provided with feedback aftereach job performance review?

• Yes, and you will also be re-trained as necessary

What happens if I fail a production period because of poor job performance?

• You will be requiredto repeat the failedperiod until successful

What happens if I fail a production period due to a compliance issue, policy or contract breach?

• You can face disciplinary action to correct the problem
• You maybe offered a contract of employment with new wage terms
• You maybe face job demotion 
• Your employment maybe suspended, or terminated
