First 90 days. 

 

AM - Daily recurring tasks 

  • Morning checks: work email calendar /missed calls/voicemail/junk-spam for messages
  • Receive cleared CVs back from management(if appropriate)
  • Receive SPENT set of spreadsheet reports from management
  • Check agency/trade website for visibility
  • Make SLAB re-confirmation calls
  • Make Selection Panel Referral (SPR) email receipt confirmation calls 
  • Make phone interview booking calls(CIMs)
  • Review spent D-SUB and make selection panel notice receipt confirmation calls
  • Complete CV-Analyses for upcoming VIDEOS (PAIs)
  • Submit MID-SHIFT report

 

PM – Daily Recurring tasks 

  • Conduct video interviews as scheduled
  • Send out interview confirmations/job descriptions to booked candidates between 4:00-5:00 PM
  • Submit CVs for call clearance at 4:00PM to applicantclearance@gmail.com 
  • Forward any refrences received to management
  • Update all spreadsheets
  • SIGN OUT attach SUB/D-SUB/X-SUB/Candidate CVs/POWAC/CAMS/AFTERCARE  

 

Day specific tasks

 

Mondays 

  • Weekly open: - Receive policy changes/targets/progress report from previous week/expense-entitlement report approval 
  • Receive new course module and test results from previous week (if applicable)

 

Tuesdays  

  • Work on completing any specially assigned projects

 

Wednesdays 

  • Search for new candidate CV sources online

 

Thursdays  

  • Place/refresh/review current job adverts
  • Complete course module (all staff-if applicable)
  • Work on completing any specially assigned projects

 

Fridays   

  • WEEKLY CLOSE: -Attach to DTC PM-Feedback survey/expense-entitlement/SUB/ D-SUB/X-SUB/POWAC/CAMS.
